See Our ApproachThe Personalized Approach
The Second Uniform Playbook begins with the athlete, not a generic checklist. Through the S.C.O.R.E. Framework, we explore the student's identity, interests, academic strengths, athletic goals, scholarship opportunities, and vision for life beyond sports.
Together, we turn those discoveries into a practical plan for choosing education pathways, using available opportunities wisely, completing a degree, building professional experience, and preparing for a meaningful Second Uniform.
Inside the Playbook
Every conversation and activity is shaped around the individual athlete while building toward four essential outcomes.
Identify strengths, interests, values, leadership qualities, and the lessons developed through sports.
Connect career interests to majors, credentials, college options, and realistic education pathways.
Evaluate athletic and academic scholarships while creating a plan to compete, learn, gain experience, and graduate.
Build relationships, professional skills, experiences, and a clear next-step plan for the athlete's Second Uniform.
